Hier findest Du alle meine Fotos die ich bis dato hier ins Netz gestellt habe. Ich werde versuchen, die Bilder möglichst immer zu beschreiben und gut zu kommentieren. Die einzelnen Gallerien ordnen die Bilder thematisch - ich freue mich über Kommentare, Anregungen und Foto-Wünsche :)
Auckland was the last stop for us together which was a very sad thing - but we enjoyed our last days here (that is why I didn’t take many photos, I am sorry :))
We had a great time on an overnight cruise on the Bay Of Islands (our our last big trip together :-()
Rotorua has definitely more to offer than gangs and mud!
Tongariro Crossing - an amazingly beautiful 6-8 hour hike over vulcano terrain - a must!! and one of my personal highlights
We left South Island via the Cook Strait and headed to North Islands’ Wellington via a tiny ferry ;)

Kaikoura is the capital city of seal-and whale watching - at least that was my impression ;) Check out why!
On the 5th in the morning we climbed Red Tarns - and our pay was an amazing view all over the Mt Cook village and valley to Mt Cook itself
On the 3rd of January we headed to Mt Cook NP and hiked a lot ;) It was one of my highlights in NZ, the sights were just breathtaking!
After a great night on Milford Sound we enjoyed the morning on the boat with great views and headed back to Queenstown around noon
On the 2nd of January 2008 we made our way to amazing Milford Sound (which actually is not a sound but a fjord) for a overnight cruise - it was bloody fantastic!!
We had a tough program for New Years Day - Ben Lomond Track! But only Fred and I made it - and you thought NZ does not have mountains…
We spend New Years Eve in beautiful Queenstown and enjoyed wonderful fireworks!
On the 30th of December we had one of our two big driving days - from Franz Josef to Queenstown via Lake Matheson, Lake Hawea, Wanaka and The Kawaru Bungy Center - World Home of Bungy
A full-day (8h) hike to/on Franz Josef Glacier - with a crazy tour guide!
On 28th of Dec we enjoy Punakaiki Walks in Paparoa National Park (Truman Track, Punakaiki Cavern) and Rapahoe Range (Point Elisabeth Walkway)

Our last stop on the roadtrip: Adelaide
This is part three (and the last one) of our tour through the Great Ocean Road in beautiful Victoria.
On day 3 and 4 of our Great Ocean Road trip we made it to Wreck Beach, Gibson Steps and The Twelve Apostels
On the 10th of December we started to hit one of the most beautiful scenic roads on earth: The Great Ocean Road! It really was stunning, enjoy!
We spend three days in Melbourne - it was half time of our trip. The city was nice although it can never compete with Sydney, sorry mates :)
On our 10th day we went all the way to the most southern place of mainland Australia: Wilsons Promontory National Park or The Prom - a extremely beautiful place!
On our ninth day we were driving a lot, crossing the border from NSW to Victoria - check out these beautiful pics of yet another sunset!

On our fourth day we headed down to Jervis Bay where especially Booderee NP caught our attention - just take a look at these beaches!!
On our third day we went to Royal NP near Sydney - as beautiful as ever!
We started our roadtrip from Sydney to Melbourne with the beautiful Blue Mountains where Kat showed us around in her neighbourhood (kind of :p)
We spend two days in Kakadu - on the second day we took a tour through the wetlands, saw a lot of crocs and beautiful Aboriginal art
On the 25th Steffi and I hit the road to get to Kakadu National Park - it was bloody hot but beautiful!
In Darwin (NT) we visted Crocodylus Park, Aquascene and the beautiful pier at night on the 24.th of November
The next day, Steff and I got up pretty early to experience sunrise at The Pinnacles Dessert! It was beautiful too as you can see. Then we headed back to Perth to enjoy its Kings Park!
On the 22nd of November Steffi and I enjoyed Perth City, before heading to The Pinnacles Dessert in Nambung NP. This was one of my favourite trips in Australia, partly because of the nicest sunset I have ever experienced

My first days in New Zealand - Christchurch. A beautiful and green city on the southern island
I finally made it to Hunter Valley on the 4rd of November - take a look and enjoy the wines ;)
Cronulla - on the 16th of September, Becca, Ellen and I went to Cronulla - a very nice suburb of Sydney with a great beach (I forgot to upload the photos that is why the gallery is not in order with the other photos)
After my huge birthday BBQ Steffi and I visited the Chinese Garden of Friendship in Darling Harbour - we were tired so please - no comments about our facial expressions :D (I forgot to upload the photos that is why the gallery is not in order with the oth
Finally, Steffi and I made it to Sydney Tower! We waited for the perfect weather and eventually it came on the 29th of October - so we spend the afternoon and evening enjoying beautiful views!
Ellen, Becca and me were experiencing Australia the old fashoned way - from Sydney to Adelaide with the Indian Pacific!
This is a gallery about my trip to Royal National Park on the 14th of October - we went Canoing and had a great walk to the shore and the cliffs and a beautiful waterhole/waterfalls
Every year, the famous Surry Hills Festival takes place in Prince Alfred Park - this year it took place on the 13th of October and we gave it a shot - turned out to be reallynice!
On our last day (1st of October) we went all the way down to Port Arthur - but had very nice views on our trip to the Peninsula - including Devils Kitchen harhar :D
On the fourth day of our trip to Tasmania (30th of September), Steffi and I went to St Helens (the whole bay) and Wineglas Bay on the east coast of Tassie - absolutely beautiful!!
On the next day, the 29th of September, we explored the next part of the NP - Cradle Mountain. Afterwards we went to a very nice wildlife park on our way to Scottsdale
Day one of my trip to Tasmania - Steffi and I explored Hobart City on the 27th of September
On the 28th of September Steffi and I explored the very nice (but wet *g*) Mount Field Lake St Clair National Park - it even snowed! Have fun
My trip to Kuranda near Cairns - I went there with the Kuranda Scenic Railway and back via the Skyrail Cableway on the 25th of September
Without any question the highlight of my journey - schnorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef! It was absolutely amazing, I did my tour with SeaQuest on the 24rd of September
Daytrip to Cape Tripulation in Daintree National Park (Wet Wolrd Heritage Area) - beautiful! I went there with Jungle Tours on the 23rd of September

Impressions of our walk around Uluru on Sunday, 5th of August 2007. The most beautiful spots were sacred sites, so I was not allowed to take pictures. However - enjoy!

This gallery shows some impressions of our climb of Uluru (on Saturday, 4th of August 2007). Altough local Aṉangu request that visitors do not climb Uluru, we decided to do so - and now I understand why it is sacred to them. The view is unbelievable.
